Oskar's research concerns the development of user-centred product and services. His dissertation, User-Centred Design and Technology-Mediated Services, explores the conditions for developing integrated products and services. Oskar currently works in a two year research initiative concerning the emerging field of service innovation. The goal of the project is to develop methods, tools and supporting processes for service development. Project participants are Chalmers, Volvo Technology and Green Cargo Road division. Furthermore Oskar teaches at Chalmers' industrial design engineering programme; mainly in user-centred design related courses.
